Curating great content for their Twitter and Facebook accounts. The biggest lift is from Twitter after a year of creating community with interior designers across Canada and the US influence and engagement continues to growing at a steady rate. Added on Pinterest this year as it is aligned with the visual nature of carpet and flooring with respect to the buying experience. Lesson learnt – very hard to get new Facebook followers if client has none to start and is not prepared to spend on Facebook ads or promote their social networks through their traditional marketing channels which in this case include radio and TV.
